Adequate stay with some issues
central locationpoor sound insulationworn sofa
The location proved central, providing easy access to many attractions.
The room I occupied suffered from poor sound insulation. I could hear every footstep from the room above. This persistent noise made it REALLY difficult to sleep well. the sofa was quite worn. Its cushions were noticeably sunken.

cozy stay near everything
great locationkind staffthin walls
the location is great as a t station a grocery store and restaurants are nearby. the staff was kind and helpful with all requests. they thoughtfully put us on the first floor avoiding stairs with our kid. this was appreciated even though we didn't ask for it.
the walls were thin there. i could hear everything. i also heard neighbors walking above making it difficult to sleep sometimes

the room included comfortable beds and adequate kitchen facilities for preparing a quick breakfast. the arrangement with multiple separate buildings provides a cozy feel more akin to an apartment. overall, the room was clean upon arrival.

parking is available behind the building which is helpful considering parking concerns. the option to store luggage is convenient especially compared to airbnb or vrbo options. umbrellas are available , a very appreciated touch.

The location worked fine since it was close enough to many places.
I found my room quite disappointing. The bathroom had a minimal size and lacked light. I also had trouble opening the windows.
